New Year's Eve (30, 31 December, 2013 and 1 January, 2014 – 3 nights)
- up to 21 days prior to arrival is without any penalties
- credit card guarantee and total prepayment is requested (21 days prior to arrival)
- in case of late cancellation or no-show the cost of 2 nights (30 and 31 Dec. 2013) is to be paid as penalty.
