The common kitchen is fully equipped including dish washer, washing machine with drier, cooking facilities, cutlery, plates, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is an elevator/lift available in the house.

• The hotel holds the rooms only until 18:00 without valid credit card details.
• The hotel requires your credit card details as a guarantee and does not charge it unless a late cancellation or a no-show occurs.

• In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel charges the rate of one night as a penalty.
