The rooms are situated in the 5th district - Veres Pálné Street is parallel with Váci Street and about 500 m far from River Danube. The 4 rooms are located on the second floor of the building. Each room have their own bathrooms inside the rooms. There is free wireless Internet access, TV, refrigerator in every room. The common kitchen is fully equipped including dish washer, washing machine with drier, cooking facilities, cutlery, plates, refrigerator and microwave oven. Also for common use there is computer with free Internet in the common room. There are ironing facilities as well. There is an elevator/lift available in the house. Air-conditioning is available at extra 8 EUR per day.

Club Studio Apartment offers FREE INTERNET connection & PC, provided with dish washer and fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with drier function...etc, all these in a brand new studio apartment. This is a 30 sqm brand new studio apartment, situated on the 2nd floor. The apartment rental consists of a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a comfortable room with a double bed and a pull out sofa which can be good for two adults. The maximum capacity of the apartment is four adults.

The bedroom is furnished with nice modern furniture; there is a TV with cable channels. The kitchenette is completely equipped including dish washer, washing machine with drier function, cooking amenities, cutlery, plates, refrigerator and microwave oven. There are also ironing facilities in the flat. The building has an elevator/lift.

Club Apartment Grandio is an extra-large –100 sq. – five room apartment with a large kitchen-dining room. There are 4 double, 1 single, 1 large kitchen-dining room in the apartment. Every room has separated entrance and its own bathroom with toilette so there are 5 bathrooms, 5 TV-s in the apartment. The large bright kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, dish washer...etc.) and also there is PC in the kitchen-dining room area, free WIFI in every room. Ideal for big families, groups. The apartment on the second floor, the building has an elevator/lift.
