This beautifully designed, spacious (80 sq. m), 3-room apartment (max up to 8 guests) is situated on the 2nd floor of a new building and has an elevator and overlooks a quiet courtyard.

It has 1-bedroom with double bed(160x200) and 1-bedroom with two single twin beds. In the main living room, there are two pullout double sofa beds (140x200).

There is 1 separate full bathroom with shower/bathtub and 1 half-bathroom. Sheets and towels are provided and there is a washing machine and hair dryer.
The kitchen is an American-style kitchen fully equipped with all eating utensils, dishes and pots&pans.

There is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the main living/dining room with dinning table and chairs, LCD TV, DVD player, Cable TV and FREE Wifi internet service.
